A constructed language, in my own opinion, should be fun and make sense when learned and spoken. It could always be added to. Always be changed for the better. Be somewhat pretty to the eye and be somewhat unique. Sound well to the ear as it should flow off the tongue. It should be so well made that people could confuse it for an established, natural language. Someday it may be one used by millions!
